Why I’m Pivoting (Again)
Every time I pivot, I think it’ll be the last one.
And every time, I end up realizing that clarity isn’t a destination—it’s something we return to, refine, and reclaim over and over again.
So here I am, pivoting again. And this time, it feels less like a departure and more like a homecoming.
What’s Changing
Over the past few years, I’ve built a business around helping administrative professionals embrace technology, reclaim their strategic power, and navigate the ever-shifting future of work. That work continues—and always will.
But behind the scenes, something’s been shifting in me.
I’ve found myself drawn to slower, deeper work. To clients who aren’t just looking for tools, but for transformation. To projects that resist the pressure of hustle culture and ask better questions, like:
What do we actually need?
What would it look like to build systems that protect our energy, not extract from it?
What if care was the strategy—not the afterthought?
The New Chapter
I’m still supporting administrative professionals.
I’m still teaching about AI, workflow design, and systems that make life easier.
But I’ve expanded the ways I do it. And I’m finally giving myself permission to lead with the full scope of what I bring to the table—not just what I thought would be palatable to the professional world.
