The Tech Savvy Tech Stack

Occasionally, I develop an attachment to specific technologies and companies, and would like to keep them close by for later use. Typically for me, if it's out of sight, it's out of mind and I will not think of it again unless specifically triggered by the need. Below is a growing repository of brands I am partnering with, or just really enjoy to make my work easier.

Technology

  • ChatGPT - My #1, my best friend, my secret weapon. Better than Google for standardized answers. They don't pay me but they really should.
  • EA Buddy - Does finding a time that works for Perth, Australia and Toronto leave your brain bleeding? Mine too! Use EA Buddy to find a convenient time, place holds on your calendar, send scheduling links and use the ChatGPT Powered Buddy to write communications. 
  • Circleback.ai - Ever sit in a meeting, have your brain melt and leave not sure what you actually discussed? There is an AI for that. Circleback transcribes your meetings, summarizes what you discussed and sends a summary to your email. Use code JESS50 for 50% off 6 months.
  • Notion - There is something about Notion that gives me the same hit of dopamine that a new planner does. It makes me feel like I'm finally getting my life together. Notion is great for housing internal SOPs, Onboarding Documents, House Manuals, all of it.
  • SaneBox is a new tool I've added to keep my email under control. I currently have 3 emails, and one of them is the Gmail that I have had since I was a teen. Needless to say, it's filled with newsletters I will never look at. SaneBox learns from your interactions, funnels emails to the assigned box, and provides you a summary of news and updates to review. You can also set your emails to Do Not Disturb and it will hold your emails to be delivered at the same time, at a time that works for you.
